We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
Network Connectors monitor their pricing regularly and aim to offer quality products at very competitive prices. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST (Goods and services tax). If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
Network Connectors will notify customers within 72 hours if the product(s) they have ordered are not in stock and will take over 14 working days for delivery.
Network Connectors will only refund payments if the goods we have provided are faulty, or we are unable to supply ordered goods within 14 working days. Network Connectors are not liable for mistakes made by the customer when ordering and in the case of a customer over ordering a product, no refund will be made by Network Connectors.
Any product deemed by the customer as faulty and still under warranty should be mailed back to Network Connectors: Suite 20, 754 Old Princes Hwy, Sutherland NSW 2232 . Once received and tested and the product deemed to be faulty by Network Connectors, we shall replace the product or have it fixed as soon as possible. In most instances Network Connectors strive to keep inconvenience for the customer down to an absolute minimum and will often provide forward replacement to reduce any ‘down-time’.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed with Network Connectors you have 30 minutes to cancel the order without any penalties. We will not cancel or refund an order once it has been delivered to a customer. The sooner we are notified the better it is for you. For items that are customized or made to order we will not be able to cancel these orders. However we do understand that mistakes are made and items are accidentally ordered incorrectly. Situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In all accepted cancellation requests, the shipping charges are not included in this refund.
